The teaching process organization at Challenge is performed in accordance with the most up-to-date didactical principles and pedagogical requirements. All levels run according to the previously determined curriculum and syllabus starting from preschool age, the school levels and all the way to the intensive and specialized levels. During the school year, adjustments are made in reference to the individual needs of the students, which means that an individual approach is practiced, the accidental insufficiencies are removed, as well as there is constant improvement in all possible fields.
TEACHERS
The Challenge employees are university degree teachers, most of them having international certificates for completed specialized courses abroad or have finished their postgraduate studies at the state university.
Challenge can be proud of having such a young staff having thirty years on average; however, although they are young, our teachers have sufficient experience in this field. The work of the teaching personnel is constantly observed by the coordinative body, whereby the students are provided with high quality lessons.
