\\ WE COME TO YOU, YOU COME TO US

The school Challenge was established in 1991. We started as a small private school in a time when private schools were infrequent. Our beginnings were humble, with only one classroom, a small number of students and one English teacher. However, our work of high quality throughout the years has made us what we are today, a respectable school that teaches a number of foreign languages. Further to English; German, Italian, Spanish, French, Albanian, Turkish, Greek and Macedonian language for foreigners are taught in our school as well. The pace of life of the modern man is such that it does not offer much free time. For this reason, we have decided on a somewhat different organization system of our work. Instead of creating a large Centre for foreign languages in a certain city location, as was the case in the past with the remaining schools, we have chosen a system of dispersed locations near your homes and schools. Thus, we come to You, and You come to us, the way that real friends do.

\\ COVERAGE AND CONCEPT

The school Challenge has a 75% coverage of the territory of the City of Skopje. Our management team is constantly working on improvements in this field. This results in the opening of the locations that start their operation each year. The courses in foreign languages take place on the following locations: Porta Vlae, Karpos IV, Kapishtec, Butel, Radishani, Crniche, Aerodrom, Novo Lisiche, and Drachevo. We are also present in some primary schools and kindergartens where we work with school and pre-school age children. Furthermore, we organize courses for adult listeners that are designed in the direction of learning a foreign language in intensive courses. This provides qualifications for active foreign language use, as well as the opportunity for specialization in certain fields.

\\ OPPORTUNITY FOR SPECIALIZATION

The special courses organized by Challenge take two directions: one refers to students’ qualifications in using professional terminology in our Business Courses; whereas, the second refers to students’ preparation in sitting for exams to acquire international certificates, FCE, CAE, IELTS, TOEIC, Deutch Zertifikat.

\\ COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

The true priority of Challenge school is quality, and our imperative – its constant improvement. For this purpose, we have established a system of continuous quality control, that applies, without exception, in all of our locations, throughout the school year. Since April 2005, we have acquired the international quality certificate ISO 9001: 2000, that proscribes strict compliance to operation procedures.

\\ DEDICATION TO CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We always strive towards the improvement of working conditions, in relation to the school premises, as well as in relation to the teaching process updating. This implies providing our schools with the most contemporary foreign language learning methods and teaching aids, as well the most modern school books by renowned world publishing houses. The courses results are continuously revised at the regular work meetings attended by the teaching staff and teaching coordinators, where also the necessary changes and adjustments are done.

\\ ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Challenge school is fully student oriented. In the interest of conducting successful and efficient courses, the team of professionals, comprising of the administration staff, teachers, teaching coordinators and the General Manager – take care of the quality of the service provided by Challenge, thus contributing to the school’s overall success.
